Cisco Meraki - Euroshop 2017

Following on from a number of successful shows with Cisco Meraki, Identity was tasked with supplying Cisco’s stand for the world's #1 Retail Trade Fair, Euroshop 2017.

Held every three years in the Dusseldorf Messe exhibition centre, this year's show was attended by over 100,000 visitors - the largest number in its history and the ideal location for Cisco Meraki to showcase its offering.

The Requirements

With a 6m x 6m footprint and a structural concrete pillar inside the stand space, Cisco was keen to utilise exhibition materials previously manufactured by Identity from other shows. Consequently, the stand space was adjusted to suit these items - this included a structural base on a 36mm raised floor with aluminium angle trim and marble effect vinyl which was used to cover over 100 metres of power and network cabling underneath the floor.

The area was then split in two to create a large scale back wall for a storage and network area with Halo-illuminated logo affixed directly to the back wall which was visible from across the show floor.

Meeting Area

A private meeting area was built using an aluminium framework with frosted acrylic panels inserted for privacy. A marble-topped meeting table and white chairs were provided within the area for Cisco to discuss business in private.

Display Area

The concrete pillar, which encroached on the meeting room area, was utilised by being covered by timber panels and having cameras fitted. The cameras focused on the stand and show floor and were connected to iMacs in the product display area for demonstrations.

Out at the front of the stand, product and display counters previously produced were re-used for the show. Along with a U-shaped bench with various Cisco products. Installation of the stand took two days with sign off by the client one day prior to the show.

The client was incredibly happy with how the stand came out and was pleasantly surprised as to how similar it looked to the graphic render that Identity produced.

Identity are very shortly heading to ExCel London for the IFSEC show with Cisco Meraki along with a new stand design and will once again be using some of the existing exhibition assets produced originally for BETT. Watch this space!
